Why i get acne after my period and how to get rid of acne overnight remedies

So, although you may be told to wash your face frequently as a form of treatment for acne, note that it is not a condition caused by dirt. However, as a treatment for acne, you should still try or continue washing your face with a mild antibacterial soap suggested by your dermatologist at least twice a day. If your skin is very oily, you should wash it more often, but never overwash or scrub your skin especially your face since it may irritate your skin and will possibly just worsen your acne. A good treatment for acne in this approach is not to use any abrasive cleansers or cleansing pads. Aside from that, shampooing is also a good treatment for acne since the oil in your hair may also trigger the formation of acne. And, a water-based cosmetic could be an effective treatment for acne.
Glycolic acid chemical peels are chemical treatments used to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin. During a chemical peel, the skin is not really peeled off. What happens is a thin layer of the top surface is removed, and healthy skin cells that are trapped underneath can appear. The top layer is actually dissolved and removed, causing a very slight wound to the skin, causing the natural defenses of healing to occur. The strength of the peel is determined on the amount of glycolic acid added to the solution.
That does not mean that someone with acne should avoid washing his or her face in the morning. Experts on acne recommend that anyone hoping to prevent a flare-up use a mild soap and water on the face two times a day (morning and evening). There's no point to washing the face repeatedly during the day. Too much washing can irritate the face.
